We tried a couple of new quilting patterns. This is the pattern that's sewn onto the quilt top and back as you're sewing the quilt together - a process also known as the art of quilting. Ha!
My wonderful mother-in-law quilted the Scrappy Log Cabin for me. Thank you, AF! And, while we were home for Easter, we quilted the debil.
We've never really paid much attention to how the quilting pattern looked on the back of a quilt until we quilted the debil. Check this out....
This pattern is the "Flames" one. Gym picked it out and it really turned out cool on the black back. Made us think about quilting two dark-colored sheets together just to show off a pattern. Hmmmm...
